Please use the section below to upload your file(s) directly to us. You can specify multiple files, although we recommend that you package all files to be sent into one ZIP file.

Use a meaningful filename (e.g. with our Order number in it), so we can easily retrieve it and help you more quickly.

Upload files by clicking on the white box underneath 'Files:' to select them from your file system, or drop files directly onto the white box. After the upload has completed (you will see a small green ball next to the file), click 'Remove' to remove any or all of them, or click 'Keep' to transfer any remaining ones to our permanent storage.

Please note that you must click 'Keep' after the upload has finished, or else we will not be able to find and process your file(s).

The maximum file size is 8Gb. Please contact us if you have larger files.
